  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist with training and developing Retail Merchandisers and Store Employees in key merchandising and operational procedures
  - Coordinate with various teams to ensure all fixtures are installed according to specifications
  - Track and submit biweekly payroll for the Retail Merchandising Team
  - Supervise the Retail Merchandising Team during the merchandising phase of new stores and remodels
  - Plan and execute onsite merchandising activities and ensure timely project delivery
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience supervising a high-volume retail store or in store openings/remodeling
  - Preferred college/4-year degree
  - Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  - Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with project management in a retail environment
  - Proficiency in Excel and Word applications
  - Competence in using Outlook for scheduling and communications
  - Background in logistics or marketing coordination
