      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support, including the management and retention of research-related documents
      - Assist in study design and develop recruitment job aids and workflows
      - Build and maintain data tools for research studies
      - Deliver high-quality customer service to study participants and stakeholders
      - Identify and communicate problems to senior project coordinators or project managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of related work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5 years of related work experience
      - Prior experience using REDCap
