  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct pre-construction meetings with contractors to align on project expectations
  - Visit job sites and plants to ensure ADS products are installed to specifications
  - Collaborate with ADS sales and engineering teams to facilitate project success
  - Track project progress using CRM software to ensure timely completion
  - Attend local networking events to promote ADS products and services
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED required
  - Minimum of two years’ experience in site construction
  - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform a full range of motion, including sitting, standing, squatting, and bending
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with engineers and contractors
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in earthwork or project management
  - Familiarity with construction sites and project timelines
  - Well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and engineers
