What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and maintain project structure, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned project components
- Provide project status updates and reports using dashboards and/or Smartsheet
- Address provider compliance issues with contract terms
- Plan events to publicize new projects and programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in human or social services, healthcare, or business; OR
- Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in the relevant fields; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years of experience in the relevant fields; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reside within North Carolina
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management and/or program development experience
- Experience with the Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Substance Use, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, or Traumatic Brain Injury populations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
