      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review requisitions, change orders, payment applications, and other invoices associated with the project
      - Support staff in identifying project requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating completion of work
      - Participate in building evaluations and assist with preparation of physical audit reports
      - Assist in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction contractors
      - Issue regular status reports regarding work in progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required
      - Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in architecture, construction, or project management field preferred
      - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or related technical area preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management support roles
      - Familiarity with building evaluations and physical audits
      - Knowledge of contracting processes for construction projects
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Experience working with diverse teams in a client-focused environment
