What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Assist in planning and preparing schedules, monitoring progress against established timelines
- Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and contract requirements
- Coordinate with the project team to execute projects on time and within budget
- Assist in budget analysis and track project data for reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in the utility construction industry with a focus on URD projects
- Proficient knowledge of contract management, construction scheduling, and blueprint reading
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Calgary and surrounding areas
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean Abstract
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with street lighting installations or coordination
- Previous experience using ERP systems such as JD Edwards (Oracle)
- Educational background in Project Management, Construction Management, or Electrical Technologist
