What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day user adoption support for the Optum RLDatix application to enhance system stability and user experience
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective change management and timely communication to stakeholders
- Document workflow processes and manage relevant content information for application usage
- Manage user access by adding, editing, terminating, and auditing end-user accounts
- Understand and apply General System Parameters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years in system administration and analysis supporting a multi-user application
- 1+ years of experience with SharePoint, SmartSheets, and MS Office Suite including Visio and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment

- Proven ability to develop solid relationships within a matrix environment
