What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support fulfillment for the delivery service and ensure compliance with drop-off expectations
- Conduct photo reviews of Dasher photos to train a machine learning photo verification model
- Grade and review drop-off photos taken by drivers and provide feedback
- Assist in Dropoff Intelligence processes and workflows, including outreach to Dashers and customers
- Follow the address-matching process to edit drop-off instructions based on historical order data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including understanding formulas and data entry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Previous experience in monitoring parcel delivery or data entry in logistics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfortable with pivot tables and cleaning data
- Experience in consulting or data analytics related to the delivery of goods
