      Your Impact

      As a Project Engineer, you will execute core tasks that are critical to project operations. You will partner with the Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver successful construction projects. Some of the ways you will support our projects:

      • You will guide the flow of technical information between Owner, Designers, Subcontractors and O’Neil, such as project drawings, specifications, meeting minutes, and proposal requests.
      • You will drive the procurement schedule by tracking, processing, and expediting all subcontractor/vendor shop drawings and submittals.
      • You will support the project team by developing and maintaining the project schedule, by verifying the quality of products installed, and by acting as a subject matter expert in your assigned responsibilities.
      • You will apply critical thinking to resolve contract document issues in the field.
