  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Build, maintain, and optimize project- and fund-level financial models, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions and capital structures
  - Support execution of M&A transactions, including valuation, modeling, due diligence, and coordination with stakeholders
  - Analyze and model responses for Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and community solar RFPs, supporting bid strategy and pricing
  - Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal approvals and investor discussions
  - Monitor late-stage and operational project financials, identifying risks and proposing mitigants
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance, investment banking, corporate development, or M&A, with direct exposure to solar and/or BESS
  - Advanced Excel modeling skills, including project cash flows and scenario/sensitivity analysis
  - Familiarity with tax equity structures and renewable energy financing mechanics
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights
  - Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams under tight timelines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with financial modeling for solar and battery energy storage projects
  - Familiarity with investment memoranda preparation and stakeholder engagement processes
