      • IT Operations lead will be leading a team of Purchased service resources in supporting FIPL Operations in India including Sanand Engine Plant, Regional Office, Part Distribution Center
      • Exposure to Plant Floor systems is Preferred

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent experience in a relevant field
      • Strong technical and excellent analytical skills to support both new Development and Production support issues.
      • Good knowledge of Agile delivery, code refactoring, clean code
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Exposure to Plant Floor Systems (Preferred)

      • Operations Support R&R
        • Performs batch and job scheduling for a number of different applications and infrastructure software, including the use of scheduling software
        • Performs troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration for hardware, software and network components
        • Opens incident report, escalates incidents as appropriate (i.e., technology SME, application SME, and operations hierarchy) and ensures resolution process is followed
        • Based on specific expertise, may receive escalated incidents for resolution
        • Performs monitoring of production systems, WAN, LAN or various types of hardware (i.e., CPU, storage) using appropriate tools for incident detection
        • Provides input for problem and root cause analysis
        • Reviews and assists in the planning of proposed hardware, software and/or network changes
        • Performs network and system incident analysis and restoration duties under direction of technical support
        • Performs configuration changes on production systems
        • Defines and updates scheduling database
        • Executes infrastructure or application changes according to rigorous change control procedures
        • Analyzes the usage of system resources (i.e., CPU, storage, memory, applications) and assists in initiating actions to reallocate resources according to service level agreements
        • Provides technical mentoring to Associate Operations Analyst and Operations Analyst I
      • Reports
        • Review controls report as per controls calendar.
        • Review/ Analyze capacity reports - CPU, Disk, Memory utilization, planning and forecasting
      • Relationship Management:
        • Builds and maintains strong relationship with appropriate customer base, internal IT partners, and/or internal environment related support organizations and vendors
        • Collaborates with technology SME and application SME
        • Vendor liaison at the day-to-day planning, operational, and environmental support level
      • Budget & procurement
        • Provide inputs on capital and expense budget.
        • Assists in monitoring and tracking budget information
        • Yearly asset refresh for OS and hardware.
