Job Description

- Be accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for a defined package of work.
- Establish, develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the package of work.
- Administration and maintenance of the project plans in Primavera P6 and integrating with the programme master schedule.
- Act as the focal point for all aspects related to the packages of work.
- Capture, monitor, and report on status of the project lifecycle.
- Provide key stakeholders with information, necessary to make management decisions.
- Organise and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
- Ensure the implementation of company management processes is effective and efficient.
- Develop and implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes.
- Employ continuous improvement techniques to ensure learning and development delivers business efficiencies and lean practices.
- Project management experience.
- A blend of analytical, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and project management skills.
- A sense of business acumen combined with good judgement and effective planning skills.
- An effective problem solver who is able to act decisively to implement optimal solutions and feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Degree level qualification and/or equivalent industry experience. APM and Prince 2 qualifications – desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of Systems and Software development lifecycle -desirable. Ideally, experience of working on agile or waterfall software development projects.
- Experience with MS Excel.
- Experience with MRP Primavera P6, MS Project, data warehouse systems and reporting tools - desirable.
