What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of the Digital X program, focusing on stakeholder engagement and partnerships
- Organize matchmaking events and webinars to raise awareness of Digital Public Goods (DPGs) and open-source solutions
- Facilitate connections between UNDP country offices and solution providers to enhance project outcomes
- Develop and execute communications plans to promote the Digital X: Human Security Tech Accelerator
- Conduct needs assessments and support the adoption of digital solutions across various sectors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in Political Science, Development Studies, Communications, or related fields, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects in public sector, non-profit, or international development settings
- Demonstrated project management experience and familiarity with digital innovation ecosystems
- Proven experience in community outreach and stakeholder management
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Japanese or another UN language is an advantage

- Knowledge and experience related to digital technology, innovation, or social impact
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including governments, multilateral organizations, and private sector companies
- Experience in communications storytelling through reports, articles, or blogs
- Familiarity with innovation ecosystems focused on government technologies or fintech in developing countries
- Experience in organizing training and capacity-building initiatives for project personnel
