      Our Impact:

      Single Family Portfolio and Servicing Offerings team is responsible for designing and implementing business process, policy, and technology projects initiated by the Single Family Pricing & Secondary Market business lines. The group engages business areas across the company including technology to identify and resolve impacts related to the projects being implemented to ensure successful rollout of projects both internally with business partners and externally with our customers.

      Your Impact:

      • Manage significant projects (including, strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering efforts, or establishment of control procedures)

      • Execute key project activities such as business case development, project scope and schedules, budgets, business requirements, issues and risks, business process redesign, user acceptance testing

      • Lead project management and change management efforts for numerous work streams in parallel and responsible for making both strategic and daily decisions for each project

      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders representing various groups across the organization including operations and technology

      • Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders during business case development and solution design to support advancing the product vision.

      • Determine requirements for current and future designs by coordinating market research.

      • Plan the cross-functional rollout plan and launch of new offerings including facilitation and coordination with business stakeholders to execute any “Go-To-Market“ or “Business Operational Readiness” functions including marketing, communications, training, client adoption and integration.

      • Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational and project objectives

      • Lead Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.

      • 8-10 years of product / project management experience

      • Effectively manage projects using standard project management tools, including business case development, project plans, budget management, issues and risks management and status reporting

      • Experience bridging concepts, problem definition, and results between business and technical resources

      • Strong verbal and written skills, including the ability to facilitate effective meetings, develop materials and deliver presentations to various levels of project stakeholders

      • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

      • Ability to work independently while driving and managing assignments from concept through deployment/launch

      • Ability to partner with communications, sales and other teams to ensure proper messaging and rollout of offerings to both internal and external constituencies

      • Experience in the mortgage services industry is strongly preferred with an emphasis on the affordable lending products and programs.

      • Experience using various project and product development methodologies is strongly preferred: Waterfall, AGILE, Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe); certifications such as PMP, CSM or SAFe SSM and PO/PM are beneficial

      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; often times supporting multiple concurrent effort in various capacities (leading one or more efforts while supporting others)

      • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; problem solving, coupled with attention to detail

      • Relationship building within and outside of the Product Delivery organization

      • Comfortable communicating (verbal/written) with all levels of internal stakeholders

      • Stay current on policies, processes and procedures that impact product delivery process improvements

      • Ability to work and collaborate within the team

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
