      Job Title: Project Management

      Location(s): McLean, VA


      Job Description:
      • The Program Manager will work with Card Data Now, in conjunction with our Enterprise and Card partners, to deliver data related initiatives that support the strategic outcome of the business. They will facilitate meetings, establish milestones, and track issues, risks and dependencies for the team. The Program Manager will possess excellent communications skills as they will provide regular status updates, and will need to share insights gained from the program to help scale the delivery model across the Card organization. An ideal candidate would be able to help guide cross-functional resources for timely milestone completion and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and decision makers.
      Responsibilities:
      • Own, develop and execute project deliverables and corresponding roadmap, to delivery on Program strategy.
      • Work in partnership with agile teams delivering on program needs.
      • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success metrics.
      • Drive meetings to help cross-functional teams plan, coordinate, and execute.
      • Coordinate within and across portfolios to align efforts to desired program outcomes.
      • Work with Program leadership to identify solutions for delivering on program objectives while identifying and mitigating obstacles blocking program success.
      • Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout product life cycle.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key program stakeholders and leadership of cross-functional teams.
      • Surface data-backed insights to program leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussions.
      • Report and communicate to senior leadership on program status.
      Basic Qualifications:
      • 3+ years experience of project management.
      • Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management principles and methodologies.
      • Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action.
      • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
      • Solid history of working with cross-functional teams to take projects from inception to launch.
      • Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • 5+ years experience as a program manager delivering data focused projects.
      • Proven track record of delivering projects across heavily matrixed organizations.
