      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment for employees and contractors
      - Actively participate in the development of project scopes, schedules, and execution plans
      - Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders and management regularly
      - Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and government regulations
      - Engage in the contractor selection process and recommend contract types for project scopes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree, diploma, or related training in engineering, construction, technical operations, or project management
      - Minimum of 7 years of related experience in project management, engineering, or large-scale construction
      - Proven project execution experience
      - Extensive experience in stakeholder management, both internal and external
      - Valid driver’s license, subject to verification with a motor vehicle check
