      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and manage client and resource team expectations
      - Plan, direct, and close projects of high complexity and profile
      - Ensure projects adhere to established scope, schedule, and budget
      - Communicate effectively across teams and with senior-level leadership
      - Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years of project management
      - Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables in various languages
      - Proficiency in a project management system, such as WorkFront
      - PMP or other recognized project management certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in project management
      - Experience leading and managing a team of project managers
      - Strong communication skills with senior-level leaders
      - Familiarity with Church processes and policies
