  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate various aspects of projects, including setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities
  - Provide sales support and training tools to sales and management teams
  - Manage sales programs, commissions, and territory alignment
  - Monitor and summarize the progress of ongoing projects
  - Ensure compliance with physical demands of the role, including lifting and working in various environments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS9.0, Arc Map 9.0, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook)
  - Experience with Territory Alignment Manager and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
  - Familiarity with Wynne, Omnipage Pro 12.0, and Optraforms 2.3
  - Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical tasks as required
  - Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in project management or sales support roles
  - Familiarity with equipment rental industry practices
  - Additional certifications related to project management or sales training
  - Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  - Knowledge of additional software tools relevant to project management
