      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work directly with clients at national, state, and local associations to create Calls For Action (CFAs), target lists, and mass emails
      - Contact legislative offices to verify district mapping and shapefiles
      - Track and report metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and participation rates
      - Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines effectively
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support advocacy efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in advocacy, public affairs, policy, or a related area
      - Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Strong understanding of the political process and experience engaging with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Teams
      - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
