What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and drive project implementation, ensuring alignment with client milestones
- Document project activities and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders
- Provide change management support and necessary training for clients and partners
- Monitor project financial performance and manage expectations regarding scope and priorities
- Coordinate multiple work streams and facilitate workshops to define project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of project management experience, particularly in software implementation
- Proficient in using project management tools to manage complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Must be able to work 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. PST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the event industry is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to organize ambiguous ideas into concrete deliverables
- Proven leadership skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
