      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead projects from initiation to close-out, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
      - Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables using project management software
      - Coordinate project teams and monitor performance across departments and vendors
      - Facilitate stakeholder engagement and prepare project charters and cost estimates
      - Ensure compliance with the City's IT governance processes and proactive risk management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Three years of full life-cycle IT project management experience, including leading technical teams
      - Proven ability to manage large, complex, or high-risk IT projects
      - Experience in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and managing risks
      - Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher
      - Five or more years directing complex IT projects of substantial scope and cost
      - PMP and ITIL certification
      - Experience with COTS software implementations and vendor management
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
