What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess application usage, value, and redundancies across healthcare departments
- Analyze a comprehensive application inventory, including business and clinical software
- Evaluate application alignment with legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Build and maintain an accurate, searchable application catalog with metadata on ownership and utilization
- Develop a roadmap and action plan for secure decommissioning, archival, and data migration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews in clinical, business, and IT departments, preferably in healthcare
- Strong background in analyzing large-scale application inventories (300+ systems)
- Expertise in reviewing application licensing, maintenance, and support agreements
- In-depth knowledge of legal, compliance, and data retention frameworks related to healthcare applications
- Proficient in preparing executive-level summaries, reports, and presentations for strategic decision-making

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project phases such as Mobilization & Discovery, Current State Assessment, Strategic Roadmapping, and Executive Reporting
- Knowledge of application rationalization tools and frameworks is a plus
