What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project lifecycles from contract closure to material delivery
- Coordinate schedules with clients and industry partners to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Communicate regularly with clients to address needs and updates
- Manage submissions and track RFIs, change orders, and submittals within the studio
- Solve field issues through client and engineering coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience in related industries
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate with clients in the building industry
- Experience in architectural metal design build is preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Bluebeam; experience with Builder Trend is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing work by drafting teams using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and solution-oriented approaches
