      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project planning, coordination, and communication with both the project team and clients
      - Manage the schedule, scope, and budget on small-to-medium projects to ensure client satisfaction and profitability
      - Build customer confidence by increasing satisfaction and managing expectations
      - Communicate key project goals, objectives, and timelines to the project team
      - Track and adjust budgets throughout the project while accurately projecting staff resourcing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of three years of digital project management experience in an agency or government environment
      - Understanding of web technology, including web content management systems and user experience concepts
      - Proficiency with collaboration tools and mobile technologies
      - Experience with Drupal or WordPress preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with nonprofit organizations or government agencies
      - Strong familiarity with CSS and other web design technologies
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles
