What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning and monitoring progress of construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Support project managers in administrative tasks, including organizing meetings and maintaining project documentation
- Manage subcontractor and owner pay applications, including drafting and approval coordination
- Collaborate on project financial reporting and monitor project progress against schedules and budgets
- Perform field inspections and coordinate project start-up and closeout processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct project management experience in commercial, civil, or federal government projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and project management software, preferably VISTA
- Demonstrated experience in federal government construction processes
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and small projects effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on construction projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
