      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the full lifecycle management of the CCWIS modernization project, from planning through execution and closeout
      - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope
      - Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, vendors, IT staff, and other stakeholders
      - Oversee project governance and ensure compliance with federal and state child welfare regulations
      - Identify, assess, and manage project risks with timely mitigation strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience, preferably within the public sector or health and human services domain
      - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
      - Direct experience managing CCWIS, SACWIS, or other child welfare system modernization projects
      - Proven track record in vendor and stakeholder coordination on complex IT initiatives
      - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
