Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing cross-functional and/or inter-departmental projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities of the job include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and project improvements. Job expectations include overseeing projects, using appropriate tools to drive project completion, and serving as a secondary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives.The Change Management function supports the Non-financial Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Credit Reporting Operations portfolio of change by partnering with functional stakeholders and technology groups to prioritize and implement initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements. The function is seeking to recruit a Portfolio Manager to support the strategic transformation of the NFRR operating model.
• Delivers end-to-end project management services for all material change efforts within the NFRR Target Operating Model Program
• Manages a diverse portfolio of technology and process change initiatives including regulatory compliance change, operational excellence and strategy implementation
• Partners with technology and operations to develop detailed project plans and drive execution accountability
• Ensures successful project delivery by managing project scope, timeline, resources and budget; identifies and manages project issues and risks
• Manages stakeholder engagement and communication
• Ensures compliance with enterprise change standards
• May indirectly lead a team of change resources including project managers, process designers, product managers, UA testers, etc.Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong culture of risk and compliance of the Enterprise Change Management process and standards
-Performs quality assurance and end to end PMO oversight for multiple technology change portfolios
-Manage and monitor change controls
-Provide training and learning across the portfolios for program and project managers
-Support new hire training and onboarding as needed
-Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process
Required Skills :
• 3+ years of Bank of America project management experience including technology projects.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Change Standards and system of record (PPRT)
• Ability to partner with technology and operations to drive quality and adherence to ECM standards, coach new project managers, and perform quality assurance reviews
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks

• Enthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive – especially under pressure
• Ability to navigate enterprise, research and resource information across the bank
• Critical thinker and risk minded
• Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio
