What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, schedule, and budget
- Foster and maintain relationships with the team and clients
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, the team, and cross-departmentally
- Delegate tasks effectively to the team
- Responsible for completion of reports and technical documents

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 2+ years of design project management experience
- Design project engineering experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with CAD/BIM software(s)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Practical experience with Wisconsin DOT projects and municipal roadway design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- 3+ years of progressive experience in roadway design
- Experience with project contracts, specifications, and PS&E
- Ability to read, review, and perform QA/QC on designs
- Previous experience scoping projects
- Demonstrated proficiency with Civil 3D software
