  Job Responsibilities:
  • Update project management templates

  • Updating project status , timelines and milestones

  • Tracking action items and assigned tasks

  • Scheduling internal and customer meetings

  • Coordinating meeting notes and documentation

  • Providing outward communication on project status

  • Working with CSI, sFAS, AMR Field Bioinformatics, and RPS to monitor and maintain software state of fleet.

  • Intake and process of RFI security requests and return documents to customers
  Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, biological sciences, or related field

  • Excellent w ritten and v erbal c ommunication with strong interpersonal skills

  • D etail - and goal- oriented

  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to multitask

  • Focus on time management and scheduling

  • Leadership and accountability

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience with Trello, TeamGantt and Notion a plus

  • Experience in v endor management a plus

  Position will be work-from-home remote with responsibilities to all time zones in North and South America.
  The estimated base hourly range for the Project Manager Customer Success & Implementation role based in the United States of America is: $20.76 - $31.15. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
