      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multiple concurrent projects to successful completion, managing scope, timeline, and budget effectively
      - Implement and optimize project management processes and tools to support the commercialization process
      - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive issue resolution
      - Create cross-functional alignment within stakeholder teams to drive execution against key deliverables
      - Oversee and escalate issues related to project governance, scope, budget, and schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent related experience and/or training required in lieu of a degree
      - At least 5 years of project management experience with large, complex projects working cross-functionally
      - Proven experience with project management tools and concepts
      - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with individuals at all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge of various project management methodologies is highly desirable
      - Prior experience managing teams
      - Self-starter with the ability to work independently
