- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for relationship building
- Proficiency in project management technology tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience in Financial Services Retail Banking is preferred
- Experience with innovative project execution strategies
- Strong ability to think critically and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the real estate and construction industries
