What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned field resources and projects to ensure timely completion within budget
- Develop and modify project plans and budgets, ensuring accurate documentation is delivered
- Provide customers with comprehensive job status reports and resolve issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate files for timely delivery of close-out documents to customers
- Document work outside of project scope and assist in creating change orders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in telecommunications or a related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the wireless telecom industry
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with QuickBase and Sage Software is strongly desired
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications project management principles
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with local fiber providers and their requirements
- Knowledge of Wireless Carriers databases
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience working within a heavily matrixed organization and teams
- Ability to diagnose workflow problems and implement solutions
