What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project directors on proposal development, including responding to RFPs and preparing estimates and schedules
- Oversee design coordination, ensuring constructability insights and managing scope and cost adjustments
- Develop and manage detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems to keep projects on budget
- Lead project planning, directing schedules, site meetings, and ensuring compliance with permits and inspections
- Mentor construction personnel, support performance management, and drive project close-out activities to ensure client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in construction, design, or project management with a proven track record
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Prior experience with estimating, construction methods, and project management technology
- Ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Professional Contractor License
