What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, coordinate, and provide leadership for a variety of projects within Affiliate Operations
- Supervise departmental activities to align with the organization’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with other managers to update on activities and initiatives
- Engage staff and physicians in support of the organization's mission, vision, and values
- Ensure compliance with state laws and requirements related to driving for the role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education/experience, or High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance upon request
- Ability to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification upon hire
- Experience with procedures, policies, and regulations in a specific functional area
