      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee project management functions for all client site projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality
      - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction
      - Facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders and provide direction to team members
      - Conduct field verification of prospective work sites and document any issues or solutions
      - Coordinate training and turnover of projects to clients and internal departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in project management
      - Deep knowledge of electronic security systems
      - Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades and settings
      - Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification
      - Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, and Avigilon certifications
      - PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
