What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and direct project management staff and consultants
- Lead communication within ADOT groups/sections and outside agencies
- Manage the project development process and align group/section practices
- Oversee budget, strategic plan, management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the implementation of the regional freeway program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of overall experience and 3+ years managing projects
- Possession of a valid Arizona Class D Driver License
- Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Arizona or eligible for reciprocity
- Understanding of project management tools
