      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental remediation projects
      - Oversee project management tasks including scope, schedule, quality, invoicing, and cash flow management
      - Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
      - Supervise junior and mid-level staff and provide feedback for continuous improvement
      - Prepare work plans and organize project studies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
      - Valid U.S. Driver's License
      - U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
      - Familiarity with environmental regulations and project management principles
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
      - 5+ years of experience in environmental remediation project management
      - Master's degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
      - Experience negotiating with regulators and stakeholders
      - Proven track record in managing Federal environmental projects
