      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
      - Oversee project management activities including scope, schedule, quality, invoicing, and cash flow management
      - Conduct data analysis and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
      - Supervise junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work and provide feedback for improvement
      - Develop technical solutions to complex problems while preparing work plans and organizing project studies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education
      - Valid U.S. Driver's License is required
      - U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Experience in managing environmental projects for Federal clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
      - 5+ years' experience in environmental remediation project management
      - Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
      - Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations
      - Interest in business development
