What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day project management and support for contracted external quality review (EQR) activities
- Develop, coordinate, and manage project work plans and timelines for assigned contracts and EQR activities
- Conduct compliance interviews of Medicaid managed care plans and manage the corrective action plan process
- Assist in writing annual EQR Technical Reports and draft reports with findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- Two to five years of project management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to adhere to established activity timelines and work well in a remote team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and knowledge of quality improvement processes and practices
- Familiarity with Medicaid managed care health plans and state operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
