      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee electrical services jobs including inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 500kV
      - Perform at least 50% of job duties in the field
      - Collaborate with the sales department on estimating and quoting jobs
      - Identify and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient project execution
      - Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and discuss job scope

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Electrical Power or related military training preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project managing electrical maintenance shutdowns or switchgear commissioning
      - Proficiency with tools such as Doble software, automated CT set, and Power DB preferred
      - General PC skills including Microsoft Office; experience with PowerDB is a plus
      - Must adhere to all electrical safety procedures and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NETA Certification is a plus
      - Experience with OSHA 30 hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training
      - Familiarity with infrared scanning and automatic transfer switching
