      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion
      - Collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate project timelines and requirements
      - Oversee budget management, contractor negotiations, and change orders as needed
      - Provide troubleshooting resolutions and maintain customer relationships throughout project execution
      - Align project data with D365 for efficient task management and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred)
      - 1-2 years of industry experience
      - PMP certification (preferred)
      - Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints (preferred)
      - Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management within the security industry
      - Familiarity with managing subcontractor relationships
      - Knowledge of KPI management and data analysis
      - Proven ability to evaluate risks and provide mitigation solutions
      - Strong communication and mentorship skills
