What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multi-stakeholder project teams to execute projects within a complex Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, communicating progress to stakeholders
- Identify problems and barriers, coordinating training needs and conducting necessary training
- Document processes and report financial, budgetary, or operational progress for federal and state requirements
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings to identify needs and build consensus

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Hands-on experience leading complex change in healthcare or clinical services settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to apply sound learning principles and agile methods in project management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management professional certification (IHI, PMI, or from a similar organization)
- Experience working specifically in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
- Familiarity with community health programs and federal reporting requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
