      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
      - Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
      - Identify and address potential risks surrounding projects, including logistical issues, budget, and scope
      - Coordinate and track all Vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
      - Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain financial files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of relevant work experience and education
      - Ability to prepare and track budgets
      - Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
      - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
      - Experience in construction management or real estate
      - Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
      - LEED, AIA, PE, and/or PMP certification
