      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multiple remote hospitality sites, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction
      - Design and implement scalable systems to drive performance improvement and service delivery
      - Standardize SOPs, reporting tools, and service models across various sites
      - Monitor KPIs and coach site leaders to achieve performance targets
      - Manage regional budgets and P&L performance, ensuring financial accountability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality or remote camp operations
      - Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, facilities/operations management, or a related field
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with hospitality management software
      - Proven financial and operational acumen to analyze budgets and optimize service delivery
      - Adaptable and resourceful, with experience in the unique challenges of remote northern environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Trades or technical certifications related to hospitality or facilities management
      - Experience with catering, housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance services in remote settings
      - Previous roles that required resilience and adaptability to isolated working conditions
