      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Effectively plan and manage assigned hospitality projects from award to completion
      - Provide weekly status reports to clients and update project status in internal software
      - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders, vendors, and clients
      - Ensure all additional requested services are documented and agreed upon before execution
      - Manage electronic inventory systems to create and pull inventory reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two-year/four-year degree in business preferred or equivalent business experience
      - Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field
      - Strong financial and business acumen
      - Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
      - Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
      - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
