What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Solicit and capture business requirements through stakeholder interviews and reviews of current system designs
- Support the User Acceptance Testing phase of implementation, including issue analysis and resolution coordination
- Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, utilizing project management best practices
- Manage business and technical deliverables while developing project plans and schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing projects across various disciplines
- Minimum of 3-5 years of business/system analysis experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior-level business partners and stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, PMP Certification, or Scrum Master Certification preferred)
