      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of 6 to 8 high-exposure projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
      - Facilitate project kickoff meetings, weekly status updates, and closure activities.
      - Allocate tasks among team members to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
      - Resolve project-related issues swiftly to maintain team productivity and project momentum.
      - Partner with Product Owners and IT resources to manage and execute technology-focused projects.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in project management, particularly in technology or retirement services.
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines.
      - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to resolve team issues quickly.
      - Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
      - Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior leadership and stakeholders.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing retirement plans or related financial services projects.
      - Familiarity with Lean Management principles and practices.
      - Background in coaching team members on project management best practices.
      - Demonstrated ability to conduct ROI calculations and present findings to stakeholders.
