**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Initiate and manage complex projects from design and development to implementation, including team coordination and problem resolution
- Create and maintain project management tools to facilitate effective communication
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders
- Engage team dynamics to foster cohesion and ensure accountability
- Assist in the transition of new groups and act as a resource

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; relevant experience may be substituted
- Minimum of three (3) years of Project Management experience required
- Previous experience with Project Management Software is required
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients and team members

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Project Management Certification is strongly preferred
- Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Epic experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask
