      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct plan reviews of construction plans and calculations for compliance with building codes and regulations
      - Identify discrepancies and provide technical assistance to achieve acceptable design solutions
      - Determine necessary revisions and actions based on plan reviews
      - Offer assistance and information to the general public and various agencies
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited college or university
      - Related experience and knowledge of construction codes preferred
      - For Project Manager II: Engineering Intern Certificate, enrollment in NCARB AXP, or ICC Plans Examiner Certificate
      - For Project Manager III: Registered Professional Engineer or Registered Professional Architect with five years of practical experience
      - Valid driver's license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional license in Civil Engineering or Architecture
      - Experience with blueprint designs, plans, calculations, and maps
      - Familiarity with the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
