- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin related field is required. Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR, capabilities, and competency experience nice to have.
- The manager is open to having someone work part-time OR full-time hours, (If PT, their working hours should be consistent each week).
- Seeking someone who can assist with coordinating team meetings/ pre-meetings, meeting notes, pre-meeting notes, etc.
- Seeking someone who has proficiency in PowerPoint to take a previous deck and alter it to fit different client needs with information already provided.
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans, as necessary.
- Manage project presentations, update/tailor presentations to client specifications and provide final presentations to leadership.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- A majority of team meetings and updates are pre-meeting notes/minutes, or pre-meeting presentations that need to be sent out on a regular basis.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are met, and expectations are managed.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
